All artwork, images, written content, digital files, videos, branding elements, and creative materials displayed on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of LeLeDaArtist unless otherwise stated.

All rights are reserved. Unauthorized downloading, reproduction, distribution, resale, editing, or use of any content for commercial or noncommercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written
permission.
B. Licensing & Usage Requests
Requests for use, licensing, or reproduction of any work must be submitted in writing. No rights are
granted unless a written agreement is issued.
C. Violations
Any copyright violation may result in legal action, including financial penalties, take down requests, and enforcement under U.S. and international copyright law.
3. GENERAL WEBSITE & SERVICE POLICIES
A. Booking Policies
• All appointments must be booked through the official booking system.
• Deposit or payment requirements will be clearly stated during the booking process.
• Missed or late appointments may result in forfeited sessions according to stated terms.
B. Refunds & Cancellations
• Refund availability varies by service.
• Cancellations must be made within the time frame listed on the service page.
• Digital products, downloads, and custom artwork are nonrefundable.
C. Class & Session Policies
• Private art sessions may be rescheduled using available dates.
• Group classes are limited to posted capacity and must be booked in advance.
• Virtual (Zoom) and in-person formats follow the same rules regarding conduct and attendance.
D. Conduct & Respect
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in harmful, disrespectful, or inappropriate
behavior.
E. Updates to Policies
LeLeDaArtist reserves the right to update these policies at any time. Changes become effective upon
posting.
